Theoni's pregnancy yoga classes were the best thing I could have done during my pregnancy! It was fun, informative and encouraging, making my pregnancy & how I felt about myself during that time a great experience. Not only did I learn so much, but it gave me the strength and tools to help me through labour and the birth. The classes are a great place to make new friends and interact with other women who are also pregnant - I learnt more from this class than I did from my antenatal class.

Theoni helped me immensely on my wonderful journey through pregnancy with her soothing weekly yoga classes. Although I had practiced Ashtanga yoga before my pregnancy, I didn’t realise the benefits of the breath-work and stillness of Theoni’s classes until I was in my final month of carrying my gorgeous son. I am very thankful too to have had Theoni as my Doula at my son’s home birth – her presence allowed my husband to give me his full attention, which I absolutely needed!

There was something very special about doing pregnancy yoga. It changed how I viewed my body - from a physical presence to a spiritual vessel carrying a life that was so precious. The classes created a meaningful communication between me and my unborn child - and after she was born - that bond was reinforced through our continued yoga practice together.

Throughout my pregnancy I attended Theoni’s preggie yoga classes and found them to be a very supportive place throughout. It was such beautiful time to connect with my baby and love my growing belly.

Pregnancy yoga with Theoni provided the perfect place to go inward and connect with my unborn child. Yoga also played a big role in preparing both my mind and body for a magical birth experience!

I went through the week wishing it was Monday evening. Although pregnancy yoga kept me fit, the primary reason I recommend it and will continue to, is the relaxation and celebration of being pregnant it brought me – and the weekly sharing and advice.
