Conscious Birth endorses and sells the Mumi & Bubi ‘Solids Starter Kit’. The all-in-one unique kit is a system that has been designed to help transition your baby from breast/bottle to solid food simply and easily.

It consists of:

• two pre-measured freezer trays with lids for 6 – 9 month old babies, and
• a simple step-by-step recipe book.

The freezer trays have been specially designed to make your life easier. Each segment is a tablespoon portion and they are rounded on the bottom so you can ‘slide’ one portion out at a time and then put the rest back in the freezer.  The lids keep the food hygienic and away from freezer burn.  They are also designed to stack on top of each other in the freezer.  Each tray holds 21 tablespoon sized portions. They are dishwasher safe and the plastic is non-toxic.

The recipe book contains:

• Information on how and when you should introduce solids
• 27 easy to follow recipes
• Shopping lists
• Nutritional information
